Ingredients
Cooked rice
Firm tofu chopped
Pineapple chunks in its own juice
Broccoli florets
Sliced or chopped red peppers
Purple cabbage
Sliced mushrooms (any kind you fancy)
Chopped onions
Bok choy
Spinach
Top with hot sauce (siracha) as desired
Instructions
Cook your rice.
Heat up the grill or wok and spray with oil
Distribute the ingredients to your liking. Love more mushrooms? Add more mushrooms! All about the Bok Choy? Go crazy!
Pour on the grill and stir fry away!
Serve in scooped-out pineapples if you are fancy.
Top with Todd's favorite hot sauce if you desire - siracha!
