The Littles: Snacks, Sides, & Apps

Ingredients
(1) 10 oz. bag of frozen corn
(1) 14.5 oz. can of black beans
1/4 cup of olive oil
The juice of (1) lime
1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook and cool the corn. Drain and rinse the beans. Chop the cilantro.
Combine the corn, beans, and cilantro in a large bowl. Add oil, juice, and salt and pepper.
Mix and chill for at least 60 minutes.
Special Notes
Microwave is the easiest way to cook the corn.
This is a very simple salad that is better the next day.
