St. Patrick's Day: Shamrock☘️Shake

BAM! It's Compassionate Cooking Sundays!

Ingredients
2 cups of vanilla vegan ice cream, or you can also use the Breyers oat milk mint chocolate chip ice cream (Breyers).
1 cup of plain soy milk or plant-based milk of your choice. (Eden Soy)
1 cup of fresh spinach leaves
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla bean paste (Vani Bean Project)
1/4 teaspoon of peppermint oil extract (Frontier or Cooks)
2 - 4 drops of vegan green food coloring (Optional)
Top with dark chocolate chips or vegan whipped cream (Enjoy Life)
Instructions
Put your ingredients in a blender and blend away!
Top with chocolate chips or vegan whipped cream
Special Notes
You can add more or less soy milk as called for to give you your desired thickness.
