Delicious Not Nutritious Desserts: Treat Yourself!

Ingredients
1 cup of brown sugar
1 stick of vegan butter
2 cups of vegan rice "Chex type" cereal (crushed)
½ gallon vegan vanilla ice cream
2 cups of shredded coconut
1 cup of sliced almonds
Instructions
Melt vegan butter with sugar; add cereal, nuts, and coconut and mix well.
Press part (1/2-ish) in the bottom of an 8” x 8” pan. The remainder will go on top.
Cover with vegan ice cream.
Place the remainder of the cereal mix on top.
Cover with foil and freeze.
Special Notes
Need more? Double the recipe and use a 9” x 13” dish.
Any vegan brand of ice cream works any flavor. I like the vanilla.
You can use whatever vegan brand of cereal your heart desires!
Sliced Almonds? I suppose other sliced nuts would work, too.
Chocolate drizzled on top works and makes it taste more like a Drumstick ice cream bar.
Compassionate Fun Fact!
Every once in a while, we have to give Princess what she wants. Wait - that's all the time. Once in a while, Princess gets the rare treat of vegan ice cream and gets fed her ice cream as only Princesses do!
