Delicious Not Nutritious Desserts: Treat Yourself!

Ingredients
1 cup smooth peanut butter
8 oz. vegan butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 lb. powdered sugar
Instructions
Grease an 8x8 pan and then line with parchment paper.
Melt the vegan butter and the peanut butter together in a bowl in the microwave. Start with two minutes, then add on a minute or so at a time. You want it to be really hot, but not boiling.
Remove the bowl from the microwave and add the vanilla. Mix a couple times with a spoon, then add the powdered sugar. Continue stirring until the fudge becomes hard to stir and loses its sheen.
Pour into prepared 8x8 pan. Smooth it with the spoon until it's an even thickness.
Lightly press parchment paper over the top and refrigerate for 2 hours until solid. Then it will be ready to be sliced and removed from the pan.
Compassionate Fun Fact!
When Mikey was first rescued, he developed respiratory issues due to his short snout. He received nebulizer treatments through a mask. We decided to use peanut butter to make the mask easier for him to tolerate.

So easy and good for the pigs too!!
