Chocolate Nib Hazelnut Truffles

Vegan Truffles

Ingredients

Truffle mixture

9 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips

2/3 cup Coconut Milk (for a healthier version, use cashew cream)


Topping

Chopped hazelnuts

Cocoa nibs

Dutch cocoa


Instructions

  1. Heat up the coconut milk

  2. Melt the chocolate chips

  3. Mix the two together thoroughly

  4. Freeze and, as it thaws, scoop into balls

  5. Dip in cocoa powder, chocolate nibs, and hazelnuts.
