Bam! It's Vegan: AAAS Family Recipes

Ingredients
1 can of organic chickpeas drained
Pickled whole jalapeños (or as Todd says Holla -pea-n-yahs)
Sweet relish
1/2 of sliced red onion
3 sundried tomatoes
2 spoonfuls of vegan mayonnaise
Sprinkle of garlic powder
Red wine vinegar
Hot sauce!!!! (optional)
Instructions
Mash the chickpeas so it kind of looks like a thick hummus! Todd uses a flat bottom glass instead of a masher! He's creative.
Splash of red wine vinegar to taste
Cut the stems off the jalapeño, squeeze the juice of the jalapeño into the chickpeas, and add them to your bowl.
Add in half a red onion, two spoonfuls of vegan mayonnaise, a dash of garlic powders
Using a chopper chop up all the ingredients and mix
Add the relish after it is mixed.
Wrap in lettuce or have on sourdough toast, a bagel, add pasta for a pasta salad or heck have it naked! And maybe douse it with hot sauce!!!
