Placement & Assistance

At this time, Arthur’s Acres Animal Sanctuary is unable to take in additional pigs or other rescued animals. When we consider a rescue, we carefully assess our emotional, physical, and financial capacity to ensure we can provide lifelong care. While we wish we could help every animal in need, our priority is to honor our commitment to provide the best possible care for those already in our sanctuary.
However, we are still here to help! If you are looking for placement options or resources, we encourage you to reach out to organizations dedicated to helping pigs and other rescued animals either remain in their homes or find safe, loving homes.
Chicagoland Pig Rescue
Chicagoland Pig Rescue provides a lifeline to both large and small breed pigs in the midwest. They offer boots on the ground rescue, providing foster care, medical attention, and transport while looking for suitable permanent homes. They offer sanctuary support, as well as coaching for micro sanctuaries and pig parents.
